Upon vehicle return, the fuel level must be the same as it was at the time of delivery.
The cleanliness condition of the vehicle at return must match its condition at the time of delivery.
According to the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, returning a dirty vehicle will result in a fine of 10 OMR.
Delay in returning the vehicle:
Less than 4 hours will be charged as half a day.
4 hours or more will be charged as a full rental day.
All vehicles are fully insured. In the event of an accident resulting in damage, 150 OMR will be charged by the insurance company, which must be paid by the customer.
In case of any traffic violation during the rental period, once the fine is issued, the amount will be deducted from the customer’s security deposit.
The security deposit is 50 OMR, collected in cash or bank transfer at the time of vehicle delivery. After verification with legal authorities and deduction of any applicable costs (such as traffic fines incurred during the rental period), the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer within 45 working days after vehicle return, based on the current Omani Rial exchange rate.
Any damage caused to the vehicle shall be the responsibility of the customer, and repair costs must be paid accordingly.
Vehicle delivery and return at the customer’s preferred location costs 5 OMR in total for rentals up to four days; for rentals exceeding four days, this service is free of charge.
If the customer wishes to extend the rental period, the company must be notified at least 24 hours before the rental end time.
Smoking or the use of any tobacco products inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited under Omani law and will result in a 50 OMR fine.
At the time of signing the rental agreement, the customer must provide the details of the vehicle drivers (maximum of two names).
The rental fee and security deposit are payable at the time of vehicle delivery to the customer.
Exceeding the allowed mileage limit will be charged at 100 Baisa (0.1 OMR) per additional kilometer.
